Instructions if you belong to more than one chapter:

1. Choose your first chapter and payment type 6 months or 12 months – Click on Add to Cart
2. From the Cart Page – click Continue Shopping, you will be directed back to this page to select your next chapter and payment type.
3. Repeat process to add each additional chapter membership payment to your cart.
